Don't lose faith.. The SD crew have been busy doing everything they can to get the business flowing even more smoothly than usual. I've been trying to get in touch with Jason for a couple days now. They are redoing part of their warehouse so they can stock more and service customers more efficiently.
Its all good, just give them a bit of time. In the end, you'll still benefit.

FYI - VIAIR will be slowing down outbound shipments next week while we move into our new corporate facility. If you need stock, better stock up before this week ends... (hence my calls to Jason @ SD...)

wow wait a week or 2 on parts and all of a sudden everyone is half-heartedly down on jason and the guys....everyone gets behind sometimes.....you know they are doing everything they can to make sure everyone gets thier stuff asap. ....so just chill out a lil and dont worry its SSD.com ...nots some here today gone tomarrow shithole thats gonna screw ya and take your money :cough: byc :cough:

I don't think anyone was getting down on them. If anything, people should be happy to put in a little wait time with the labor put in to SSD products.

i think they need more workers. i called them today and had to wait like 20 minutes just to talk to someone. either way i will still order from them anyday.

Looks to me like Jason's business has grown beyond what he can control and it's getting way out of hand. I ordered from them recently and was not impressed like I used to be. Maybe they are going to end up being like everyone else and you get your order when you get it. If they are way to busy because of reliable customer service then I think that will be changing soon if they continue to slip..... just my 2 cents of course

Yeah i ordered about $2000 worth of stuff about 3 weeks ago and still have not seen anything yet. I called them today to find out what was going on and they said they were like 2 weeks behind. But I have faith in them cause I have never had a problem with them in the past usually get my stuff in about 4 to 5 business days but I know they will pull through!!

took like a week to get my stuff about a month ago ...and a buddy ordered like $3K in stuff a few weeks ago and got it all within a week i think also
Those new bottle brackets they making are sweet in person ....the flames on one was basically sharp enough to cut a fool
