Well i know for a fact that one of there customer service guys left about 2 weeks ago so that might also be why there are behind.

God people whine alot...

Yeah i ordered about $2000 worth of stuff about 3 weeks ago and still have not seen anything yet. I called them today to find out what was going on and they said they were like 2 weeks behind. But I have faith in them cause I have never had a problem with them in the past usually get my stuff in about 4 to 5 business days but I know they will pull through!!

If you ordered via through the cart, call and make sure it even went through, i ordered 2 weeks ago, heard nothing for a week, called and the shopping cart never sent my order, but it said 'thanks for your order' at the end. so i have been waiting a week for a front kit, got my slams just in today. Kris said they were only a week behind on shipping and my shit should have shipped late last week. A friend has been waiting over a month for his Domination shirt from SD.

I totally understand from all sides... probably more than most would.

From being in the Publishing industry for so long I also realize that no matter what you say or what you do - people will habitually bitch their goddamn brains out. I was only hoping to step in as an unrelated person that deals with Suicide Doors to tell people that they're doing their best to improve operations. SD doe sit right for enthusiasts. It would be sad to see their own turning on SD. The guy really does do business for his own people - mini-truckers.

I ordered some stuff about a month ago and it took about a week and a half to get which before it would take 2 or 3 days for me to receive my stuff but I'm not complaining because they've always taken care of me and you can't beat the price on 90% of their stuff, plus I understand they're a rapidly growing business and stay extremely busy. They still kick ass in my book.

Naw I order over the phone with Ricky. But just got off the phone with Luke @ Suicide Doors and he told me the deal. He said they are just over whelmed with orders and he is getting them out as quick as he can. He is a super nice guy and said if anyone has any questions to hit him up and he will answer them as best as he can. I said jokingly don't turn out like BARNYARD CUSTOMS!!! And he just laughed and said HELL NO we won't!!!!!!!

ive had a few customers say that5 they were slipping customer service wise but they are just busy, what do you expect when you sell the best metal products.

Boy am I glad I ordered my shit from them about 2 weeks before they got real busy...those guys over there work their asses off....I am in the sales business too and know it can get difficult when it gets busy....suicidedoors will ALWAYS have my business...they are very honest and helpful on the phone and on top of that they have great pricing on everything suicidedoors.com
