the only way a dealership can ask if you have insurance is if the dealership is the finance company something like what gm has with its own finance company called g.m.a.c AND IT IS NOT THE DEALERSHIPS RESPONSIBLITY TO PHONE YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY AND SAY HEY YOUR CUSTOMER JUST BOUGHT A NEW TRUCK BETTER MAKE SURE HE/SHE IS COVERED FOR THIS TRUCK
no but they do write down your policy number and make sure you have valid insurance. jsut not switch it.
WOW GOOD LUCK CALL ER JUNK END BURN IT NO J/K I BET IF HE GOT A NEW BED DOOI AND FENDER SOME ONE MIGHT BUY GRANTED U ARE THE DEVIL AND HIDE THE FACT THAT IS A PIECE OFF SHIT LITTERALLY.
wow hes sooper screwed, specially if the loan company finds out hes tryin to sell it....
this might make a great book idea.....
Its illegal to sell it without a lien release. Just thought you might want to know.
But in a spot of maybe good news, if he showed his previous insurance to the dealer, he is usually covered for thrity days.
just out of curiosity, i understand how you can hit a telephone pole because its next to the road, but an apartment complex? Did he fall asleep or what?

Wow, hes fucked! That truck is trashed. At the minimum he needs a bed, cab corner, rear door, and most of a front clip. Probably needs a cab. I wouldnt buy that busted ass piece of shit unless i wanted the motor and trans and thats it.
