I have used their brass compresion fittings and never had a problem. I have had more problems with the plastic quick disconnect kits then I have with the ones from home depot. But who am I? I am just some guy who knows some stuff about some things..

LOL....i was quite unsure myself when i heard about home depot and lowes having fitting that are compatible with airline fittings...well when i burnt through one of my lines sitting at a drive through i used one of the push to connect from HD and its been working great....and its been under 200 psi at times....AND i took a chance and used lowes fittings for my step downs for my tank....works great....so far....i need to order my DOT fittings soon though....i going on 2 months with Lowes/Home depot fittings....

I have $200 worth of Lowe's brass on my ride and no problems...and usually keep 140-180 psi in my tank.
