also alot of valves are directional... they'll only hold pressure in one direction without back pressure on them.

could u draw a diagram for me.what i found is when i put presure into "R" it leaks out "A" but when i add power it stops "A" and gives a little puff of air through "P". the only way it works for me is air in "A" "R" is pluged "P" is what fills the bag. Or oposite to dump. the valves are in series with a T in the middel that goes to the bag

I think thats the way to hook up that valve as a fill. Did you try hooking up the dump like I described?

Try it like this. I still think it's better to get some 2 ways, but I think this is your best bet if your set on using those.

ok Andy I think I might just go to the truck store with the part number (80-1074ss) for the normaly closed valves! and see what he says before I go any further!

If that part # is still a 3 way valve I'd just return them if possible and get some 2 ways.

how is this valve a three way valve? I thought they did up and down in 1.
