I agree with kustomwerks.. The pro-tools all the way. As mentioned above the cheaper ones will wear out, they flex, and the clamps eventually stop holding the tube.
It cost alot more but it has sealed ball bearings instead of bushings and the thing is just built heavy so it wont flex or give out. it will also notch to 60* and notch offsets. Most of these notchers actually recomend using a hand drill with the notcher mounted sideways to reduce the leverage you tend to apply on a drill press. Personally i use a press.
