a goddamn rant about our lifestyle.

you knwo sometimes i think the lifestyle has gone to shit. it all seems to be about kissin ass and free handouts. that not what it was and thats not the way it should be now. people kiss peoples asses all the time to get into a magazine or geta shot in a magazine, that bullshit.

tell me hwo many times at shows people see a photgrapher and start kissin ass , or see peopel they know who work for a magazine , like an editor. thats complete bullshit. those f.uckers build their shit according to what peopel in magazines want to see, and thats NOT how it should be done.

also about magazines, they have started to turn to shit also. not every one wants to asee totally pristine show completed vehicles. all thats in there almost anymore is pristine completed stuff, trailer queens and the such. i want as damn magazine that will show unfinished stuff and the "average guys" stuff. not some pristine vehicle that just got inhj the magazine cause they suck off editors, photographers, and famous shop owners to get ti in there.

that turns me onto peopel wantin all theses free handouts now and peopel who build shit and dont pay a damn dime for it. you know the people. they get a truck or car, beg everyone to sponser them cause they are building the mack dfaddy best vehicle of all time, and dont pay shit for ANYTHING. but in the end they get tons of praise for gettin all this crap, and not shedding a dime fromt ehri pocket. you knwo what F.UCK YOU mr. i get everything sponsered and because of thaqt they crap on the average guy.

when i started in thsi lifestyle a long time ago, it was about busted knucles, doin wghat ya can with what money you got and buildgin something you tookpride in for YOU. not for anyone else, and certainly not to build and sell. all thses peopel who build pristine vehicles get them featured or sponsered and seel them is runing the lifestyle also. now we have even more asshole who are prepaid minitruckers as i call them. running around with shit they didnt build and theres no blood sweat or tears in it form them. its CRAP IMO.

Im done cause im sick of typing and im gettin madd. but if you agree with me cool, if not coool. but thats my rant. /end

damn around 40 views and only freddy replies and i wrote it. i know there are other people out there that are way tired of seeing other people in the spotlight all the time cuz they know people or they get shti for free

well about the "pre built" vehicles, not everyone wants to spend 1000s on equipment, so they contract someone build the truck, they still work hard to make the money to have it done, just want it done right the 1st time. and about all the nice vehicles, i dont wanna see crap in mags, its a milestone you reach to finally build something truely nice, "magworthy" as you might call it, it would suck for half ass trucks like something i'd own to get in a mag...........

no disrespect towards u man cuz i dont know you but we meant people that buy already built trucks that were mag worthy and saying they did it thats pre built. yeah some people might not have the money to build so they buy but that also shows that they had money to build one at the time. i dont want to see crap either but i want to see something draily driven sometimes instead of the same ole trucks making it in the mags month in month out.

i agree to a point. i say if that is what its gonna take to get into a magazine then more power to the people who are willing to give a little skull to the editors. editors need love too. you can definately tell the nice rides from the rides that make it in there due to sexual and non sexual favors. when you see them at a show and you say to yourself my god i cant believe that made it to the magazine. that makes the owner look like that much more of a piece of sh.it. because you know that that guy had to do something pretty outragous to get that pile of crap into the mag. i have seen a few rides at shows that have been featured and i look at them and say to myself what a piece. granted my trucks not the shi.t or anything but i hope people will look at it and realize what kind of work i have put into it with no shop name slathered all down the side of it.

BTW, do you read Mini Truckin? Cause I know Mike and Chad likes sexual favors, but I don't think that effects whether they feature a ride or not!! Every issues since they started working as a team has kicked ass, maybe you are reading the wrong mags.
