damn dude, I dont know, i used to roll next to cops with the truck like 2 inches off the ground. that sucks

I have never heard of a "too low" law either. I had a cop tell me once he would rather see more lowered vehicles than raised, due to the higher chance of a roll-over. I like the way that cop thinks.

in arkansas it is 12". don't know about Fl.

there are states with height laws that say your headlights or taillights can be no lower that X inches from the ground. But if he wrote a statute number down on the ticket, look it up, take the book to court, and the judge will most likely throw it out due to an improper citation.

I got pulled over for being too low. The cop told me that it is too low if your tucking rim in the front.

me & my buddy both got busted in High Point one night with "too low" tickets

some new ordanance in the state saying it's illegal to modify your vehicle's height by more than 6" or some shit

freakin $125 ticket, but no points, so o well, i guess they taxed my ass good, at least i wasn't draggin when they pulled me

right on. i know my lights are good. i think min headlight is 21" and im well above that, even laid out. and my taillights are mounted to the bedrail in the back. im gonna go to student legal advising on campus monday and see what they think. its nice to go to a big university theres all sorts of crazy resources.

flordia dose not have a minimum bumper hight..... since they wrote u for maximum bumper hight and they got u for bein to low just go to court and tell them that the statue number is wrong... they automatically have to throw it out and u walk free. they do have a law that says ur tail light have to be a foot off the ground but that is all they can about do. good luck though
