I have 12.75" 3 color LEDs from www.candospecialties.com. They come with reflectors so should be street legal.

fbi is now carring the custom classic leds, i got mine in yesterday....

i would go with the AVS LEDs they are brighter than other brands and cheaper

I have these lights in 10.5". Very nice for the price! And Nick at AVS was very helpfull when I had trouble with my modules!

I've heard the hi-tech ones are the best,but have never seen them.They are designed to go right into the bodywork,so if that is the case they are the best but the silverstar ones are great too.I dont hear too much good stuff about the fbi stuff
