I reused the factory lines. I had the intake side shortened by about 9in. and had a new fitting installed.

This is your standard 1/2" inline oiler with a k&N filter thats connecected to the intake line,




On the pressure line under the cab I have a check valve. Then on the first tank I have the water trap, tank pressure sending unit and the pressure switch.

i tapped my stock one, and just ran an air dryer to keep everything clean. Ive put oil in it once or twice. It seems to work. I like it because I should be able to get a new one at any napa any day of the year, and I have the core. They shouldnt be hard to find.

I've been running mine for about 6mos. now and I have only had to add a little oil to oiler to top it off,

I just went to a machine shop with these dimensions because I don't have easy access to a welder. I found this info on pirate4x4.com
