rearend price range

if I ever wanted a rearend, from like a salvage yard or something.. how much would you guys think id be looking to spend? i plan on it one day instead of grinding shit off mine.. so I can backhalf/3link my truck.

I have been quoted 75 for used and 200 for aftermarket. They say that you don't have to worry about a rear going bad so you should be fine with a used rear. I need a 94 rear for my 02 Taco. Hope this helps.
