I use an ESAB 203 Love it. Plus I have a hobart handler 135 I use both on sheet metal. But if iam doing a fender or something that contains alot of curves or pieces I will gas weld it. Just my .02

Hobart handler 175, works mint for frame and body. It's definitly worth it to get a 220 machine though, whatever brand you choose.
