and in the beginning you told him to get a book, which is understandable cause i know mine has helped me out a lot too but they arent the most detailed things in the world either....when he said he had one, you continued to tell him to get a better one. <---thats not answering his question.

I just recommended the better book because sometimes I have to refference them to find stuff thats not in my book. Such as the routing of fuel lines, or certain torque specs. I'd use it to check where the timing should be set, but I can't access the book until Wednesday.
And when I said:

It was in response to his remark, about being cut down and peopel refusing to help. In no way did I ever cut him down, or refuse to help. I gave him my opinion, on what I would do because I did not have a specific enough answer for him as I wish I did.
