well in NH you must have the factory tail light in the factory location acorrding to the state. a buddy of mine just had his dually redflaged and pulled off the road and one of the things they cited was the fact that it had Caddy tails and not the factory lights

Move to NC where the cops drive customs. I would get the fixit signed off then fight it in court. If you let them win they will just keep on you till you get rid of it. I would like to as them why there car isn't stock either.

let me mention it one more time, if they cite you for it, it obviously is a law. If it is what it states on the ticket, not in factory position, there is nothing to fight. Thell say is it or is it not in the factory position, no it isnt, but they are approved lights, the court will say who gives a fuck its not in the factory position as noted in the ticket. And yes having bright ass lights are illegial because they are distracting after so much wattage.

That sucks a shitlaod man, but if you decide to fight that mofo about the factory position, and somehow the fact that l.e.d's are illegal comes up, bring up the fact that i think all newer city buses and transports come factory with l.e.d tail lights, but i think your gonna end up eating this one man

I got pulled over in TN because I have a 36" led and they said I had to have 2 separate taillights. I went and got it dismissed

i agree with u on the fact that NC has cops ridin around in customized rides. a good friend of mine is a cop rollin a bagged fullsize. he gets me out of all my tickets easpecially the one i got for my LED line of fire, that is "DOT aproved", but oh well fight for ur right on that bro

Why is all the good looking stuff illegal?? Puts the police in a weird position to enforce all the violations, that they in fact have done to their own cars. I'm easy going as long as they aren't stickin it in my face. If someone drops the bags on me, I'll give em the fix-it for being too low.. air it up, and get it signed off. No need to f**k people over for customizing their cars. Hell, my car is bagged, and will lay frame. The taillight thing is nuts. If it's red and clearly visible, and gets brighter when you step on the brakes, who cares what shape it is, or where's it at. If you get rearended cause it's too low, it your own fault. But, on the oter hand, I will write tinted front windows without exception!(mine are clear)

Hey Tod s-dime, got hired anywhere yet?
