trying to get my extra valve cover powdercoated.. but i need to get the one hose "nipple" inlet off the top.. how the hell does it come off? someone help need to try and take this tomarrow to get done.

you may have to destroy it to get it out, i had to do it to mine because the rubber gets so hard from being cooked/old....just order another one from toyota, or replace it with a high temp rubber grommet.

thats what i ended up doing ....destroying the rubber part. didnt figure out what it was until i was reading in the haynes manual. found i can replace both the pcv valve and the rubber part for under 10 bucks. the cover is being powdercoated red as we speak.
