cant get ahold of BYC!!

hmmm. no offense Mike, but I can tell you right now that alot of people on here arent going to like the "part time fab job" you are getting. That means its going to take away from the time you need to make parts. It helps you, but its not going to help anyone else waiting on parts, including me. If you cant afford to buy your materials and pay for the bills and equipment, then maybe you arent charging enough for the arms. Everybody agrees you have a great product at an excellent "mini trucker" friendly price. Getting a second job to pay for the bills and materials isnt the right way to keep yourself in business. just my 2 cents. take it for what its worth.

What I don't get is the following.. People wait 9 months or 6. Posting on here doesn't make the item come any faster. But to those that talk shit to people for expressing their displeasure.. if it was you waiting this long you wouldn't be so quick to make fun of them. The "oh I go by there all the time" well of course your product would come faster you can physically go there. More then likely you used a credit card to purchase this item. I'm just shocked people wait so long to do a charge back. I've had people do a charge back for waiting a month and that delay was due to a robbery and the usual list of personal issues. Depending on your company it is usually within a week. So basically it comes down to this. If you want your item wait. If you don't do a charge back.

by the way, I sent you an e-mail earlier today, havent got a reply yet, but yet you've posted about 6 times since I sent that e-mail. I should be so fortunate that I've only been waiting since the middle of JULY for my arms, the problem is I have 2 trucks sitting here with the front ends apart waiting for them (SINCE JULY!!) Good thing I have the room to still bring other trucks to work on!

Jimbacca, thats just it, he doesnt take credit cards. Its either paypal, moneyorder or checks. So getting a refund isnt that easy. We are all minitruckers that have a soft spot for believing in a fellow minitrucker. When said person promises to send something when they say you take that to heart, even if he says it four or five times over the course of seeral months. its easy to lose yourself in the time frame when he says a week and two go by and you finally remember to call him because you havent seen your parts yet.

I have e-mailed mike for the last time concerning my arms the next step is getting my lawyer involved. I have spoken to my lawyer and this is the first step he said I should take. You can follow this link and file a complaint. the (BBB) will be contacting him and the responce will be sent to you. The (BBB) are very presistent and will go to the shop in person if they have to. It is not good to have negative complaints filed with the (BBB) so hopefully this will get his attention. The more the better. only file if you have tried to resolve the problem with mike. I know I have and I'm pretty sure everyone else has too.
It is time to stop bitching and start taking action.

I'm tired of all these stupid f**ks saying come on you guys I know mike and he's really nice to me, he's a good guy don't worrie you'll get your parts give him a break! f**k that, If it doesn't concern you than don't worrie about it! Oh and if you havent noticed he won't respond to his real customers he only talkes to people about the fact that he uses DOM, who the f**k cares if it's DOM OR TITANIUM IT'S NOT BEING SHIPPED! I hope you guy's seriouly go to the Better Business Bureao web site and file a complaint this is a serious complaint that will affect his business. Having negative complaints filed with the (BBB) will reach the government level if they get enough of them. This dude can't treat people like this and he will soon realize that. so anyone that stands up for him and tells us to quite bi**hing F**k you! you can't believe a word he says! He's nice to me every time I talk to him too, but that doesn't mean anything he still lies to me every time I ask about my arms and he does the same thing to everyone else on here waiting!!!

personally i wasent even standing up for him... my buddies truck has been in his shop since april 05 and was supposped to be done in 2 weeks. im pissed at mike for taking this long b/c i want to take this dam thing draggin. like i said though, even though i dont like mikes way of business he wont take your money and run, sorry for trying to resure you
