cant get ahold of BYC!!

Hey man I'm not trying to personally attach anyone I know that I sound like a D**k but It's not reassurance I need it's control arms or my money back. I don't think he's going to take my money or not ship my parts but if you read this entire forum a number of people have tried to get their money back with no success just more bullshit from MIKE. So for anyone that may feel personally attached I appologize. Just take this in consideration If you are not waiting for parts or money it is none of your business, each individual case is different and everyone has there own problems with this guy just read the posts. some people want their arms, some want money back, but the one thing they all have in common is that they just want a straight answer thats it. Thats all I've wanted from the beginning. I didn't care if it was going to be a few months to get some control arms because I wasn't ready for them any way, so if he told me, hey man it's going to be three months that would have been fine. Instead I got "they should be out by the end of the week", "I'm waiting on my lazer guy", "they will be sent out by friday", "just finishing up on the toyota arms, after them I'm doing all the s10's", "I have 10 sets of s10 arms just sitting here waiting for balljoint plates". The list goes on and thats just my personal experience. I have herd worse so I'm sorry if I'm being a d**k but people that are waiting like me and hearing nothing but bullshit don't need people telling us to stop bi**hing when they have nothing to do with the situation and don't know anything about it. I'm sure Mike is a great guy and I'm sure he's having a hard time right know. Frankly I feel bad for the guy but the reality is I sent him $500 dollars 6 months ago and have recieved nothing but bullshit!!! so once again I hope everyone that is in the same situation as me goes to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAO web site and files a complaint against BYC all the info you will need to fill out the form is on his web site!

ok coo, i have a question for you though.. If you contact the BBB what will they do? (curious,not bein a dick)

i am still waiting on my money refund too. hey $250.00 is a lot of money too me i dont know about you..just think how many hours you got to put in at work for that kind of cash. most minitruckers are putting everylast dime into our trucks.. so if he isnt building the parts then he has a stockpile of money somewhere. because he got my 250$ and wont return any of my emails...kinda pissed......lets just hope he is no getty lee smith if ya know what i mean

well mike, since you seem to spend more time on this sight trying to defend yourself over stupid shit and less time answering e-mails and phone calls from your paying customers i'll start asking questions here. You told me last week I would get either my arms or money by the end of this week, and this is the same story I heard 6 months ago and about 100 times since. well it's sunday and still nothing, how bout you stop lying and give me my money. i've been trying to be cool through this whole thing but enough is enough. I can only take so many lies.

anyone has pics of s-10 with and with out ball joints on the uppers

Basically just go to www.bbb.org and you can learn about them and what they are about. the biggest thing that complaints will do is limit BYC from ever expanding because he will never get investors due to the red flags from the BBB. But more so for us little guys it's just a way to get him to respond. What they will do is contact him via phone or e-mail and let him know that the complaint has been filed. when you file the complaint they will ask you what the business can do to make it right so the complaint never gets processed. I told them that if he sends me my parts or money by Dec I would be happy. So basically if he does it no complaint is filed but if not it is and it makes him look really bad. If he doesn't respond I have actually herd of the BBB actually going to the business and meeting with him face to face. So in reality no this isn't going to shut him down or anything but it is a step twards making him realize that His business will not survive this way. One of my proffessors told me that if a business gets enough complaints and there is no response from the business it can be put up for investigation becasue what many of you don't realize is that untill your parts hit your door step due to the time frame we are waiting, the amount of bullshit and dollar amount the parts cost he is actually commiting fraud. He will respond I'm sure and tell me that I'm full of shit but I promiss you I'm not I have spoken to my lawyer who is actually my dad and Mike is commiting fraud. So once again I strongly suggest that every one visits the web site and fills out the simple 2 minute form and lets start taking some actions against this guy. All I am really trying to do is get a straight answer, thats all I ever wanted so we'll see waht happens

I've been waiting for arms for my Tacoma for 4 months now, but I'm sticking with BYC and waiting. Mike's A-arms are the best looking I've seen for the best price, it's that simple.

Dude I think there on backwards!!! the lowers should ark back besides that they look good wish I had mine
