Looks like a smoothed out 4Runner bumper. The top half may have some metal added to ti to make it taller.

yea looks like a filled in 4 runner bumper and a stock 4runner valance, dont know but looks bad ass though

same bumper i have, 92-95 4runner- with the center filled, and the valance shaved on top to be shorter...

How would you go about smoothing that bumper out? The valance isn't metal correct? There is no way I would fill that in with F/G and filler, for sure to crack out....

every valance i see above is plastic. just cut down the top so it fits.
