84-88 front brakes same as 89-95?

Someone told me tonight that the hubs and rotors from an 84-88 are the same as the 89-95 trucks. Same with the rear axle..
Are they? I am still needing a few parts for my 5 lug conversion, like a hub/rotor/bearings assembly for the 90 spindles I bought.. It would help broaden the search if I knew they interchanged.
