cluster wiring?

I need to find out what wire goes to what option? such as ex: white/black is ground. and so on. any help is greatly needed. thanks guys

what year truck is it? i have a manuel for my 88 which has wiring digrams in it. i could scan and email the pages to you if it has them...ill have to look for sure what all the diagrams include. try looking for a diagram on google if nothing else...ive found stuff like that before on there. let me know.
