Don't stick it in the oven. I you dash is plastic under there, it will warp. Like Johnny said, you can just tear it off... It's not like you'll be using it again.

When I smoothed mine out,I peeled all the outer covering off then the foam. Then filled the coin dash with a dense foam,expoxyed in,then started laying glass,& finished off with kitty hair,then body filler.Hope this is some help.

so i dont lay fiberglass over the foam?? thats what i was gona do, take off the vinyl then lay down the fiberglass

Pull the foam. Fiberglas probably won't like it too much, won't bond.

Hey oldsklminitrk maybe you can answer my question did the gauges plug in with yuor factory plugs or did you use the 1995 plugs and re-wire the old to work?
