HELP ME!!! Need input from Taco Drivers.

I have finally drug through my rack and pinion bolts and tabs in the front, and it doesnt seem possible to move it up without notching the frame. Any body have to deal with this yet? My frame is not z-ed. PLEASE HELP.....
