Friendly Motivational Buildoff?

Sounds good. We could have everyone post where their at with their project at the starting point, then set say a month timeline. We could award depending on the progress in the time span as it relates to the persons particular build. Or have everyone post what they plan on doing before the month is up, then at the end of the month everyone can post what they've gotten done. Just a thought...

hahaha so true, I have never just left my truck alone for more than a week after each time I "finish" something. I think the milestone idea sounds good.

i think a month is a good time period remember this is mainly for motivation not to take on a huge project ya know im in because im getting ready to take mine up to The Hangar and we are getting busy on it so just let me know what we are doing.

I'm in cuz I gotta get my Taco back on the road and my link setup should show up in another week or so....I've been lazy on my days off so this will help me for sure!!

we should have to post pics every 3 or 5 days of the progress we have made or be ridiculed by fellow mini truckers. All in good fun of course, just something to up the motivation factor.

I could see this being a lot of fun!

well i barely got a new job, so i say 1 or 2 updates per month and every 4-6 months we decide a winner... noone can vote their own truck... thats just what i think

I'll post a build thread in my forum I just started its not a yota but hey its work getting done!

Ok guys let's get this thing started, every month we will have a winner, and use that for the milestone check to see if you reached your milestone for the month! The first month will be May.

Another related question, are any of you guys familiar with GANTT charts?

I'll post more about it tonight, I'll come up with some rules & guidelines but feel free to make any suggestions after it's posted.

I'm going to start with my milestone for the end of may.

Complete Bag Mounts Front
Clean off old brackets off of Axle, and rear frame.
Build new Tube notch
Build 3-link

And if I get all that done I'll be pretty happy
