What about these for channeled cabs would that kinda be on the same redesign as the one for the shorter frame?

You could still fit a full height cross member, because the frame is still stock.

if it is literally channeled, in the hot rod sense, you'll have to make the extra cab cuts to accommodate the left side. If you mean channeled as in traditional bodydropped(whole floor), then no extra cutting required.
