How much would you have to cut it down to get it to fit a stock inner fender?

dono, prolly a couple inches and that would change the power range quite a bit.

You're probably right. The average minitrucker is stingy. Most people fight the price of my motor mounts.

Have you thought about tapping the bottom side of the plenum, and providing the customer with a gasket so that it will just bolt onto the stock lower intake? This would save you the core hassle. I dealt with cores in the past and got fucked on most occasions.

im not sure i understand what you mean, are you talking about the upper runner that bolts to the stock manifold that i have eliminated? i guess its to early for me to understand what you mean.

No, the one you are making, and welding to the lower manifold. Instead of welding it, would it be possible to make it bolt on and use a gasket, so you can avoid the core hassle?

does seem simpler. save a good bit of welding too. you'de just have to give instructions on removing the two studs that are on the there and drilling out the six holes so the bolts will slide thru from the bottom.

sounds like a nice idea. but i may end up not taking cores and just keeping them the way they are, we will see how many sell, if i sell more than ten i would be surprised and at that point would look into som additional r&d, a little too busy right now finishing my truck
