would i be able to do this to my doors?

looks like he just cut the top of the door and welded it to the body

but would he need filler panels because if you just cut them off and weld to the body it wouldn't line up

im thinking of doing it to on mine but just trying to figure it all out b4 i do it

You would also have to rework the window channel so that the glass would seal over it when the door close as opposed to rolling up into it. Really wouldn't be a hard mod at all.

Not hard, but time consuming and ugly.

Well.....the only reason I would ever do that mod on a truck is if it was a vert and I wanted to stop it from leaking in that top corner where they all leak.
