Cleaning up bed

I had some new wheel tubs welded in the bed of my truck. They're not perfectly straight around the edges and there are a few gaps. I've seen pics where it looks like the tubs were molded around the edges and the bedfloor and tubs all look like one piece. how do I go about doing this?
