Price for painting/installing a cowl hood on 01' Silverado?

Sup guys, I was quoted by 2 shops to paint and install a Reflexxions Cowl Hood (Steel) around $750 Wayyyy high, and they wanna blend the fenders. Should that need to be done, for medium charcoal grey?Thanx
