front cab mount which WAS in my way for the swing shackle mount

for the swing shackles i cut the ends off a toy main leaf so my bushings would fit right
a little 3/8" plate and a hole saw
heated it in the middle and bent it accordingly to fit the step in the frame
the outers
cut and marked up to bend
so you get the picture of what it is supposed to look like, boxing yet to come
so you see tex i have been tryin to get it done but my shops been boomin lately i had to run business off for the weekend just to get some work done to it. ill put up more pics as the progress allows. stay tuned....

ok guys it kinda bothers me that 600 people have looked at my build thread but the only one to chime in is texas fifty. so either im doing something that doesnt interest anybody, or im doing it in a way everybody agrees with. post it up let me know what you think or ask some questions, im positive me and tex aint the only wheelers on this site.

ok gang i moved some pics around in my albums. i didnt realize it would cause the blanks on my thread, sorry bout that. ive made it right now. ive got a small problem with the front spring perches that i built, i forgot to account for the notch in the front of the frame. in doing so i made the perches 2 3/16" shorter than i was supposed to, i guess it'll just put it that much farther in the air. ill put 31's on it for my inspection then put my 35's on it after it passes. cheating i know but what do you do when you've put this much work into something its hard to back up, and im not willing to compromise on what i want this truck to become. nor am i willing to compromise on the quality of the finished product. stay tuned....
