bag on bar question

i thought body drop but i dunno
im hoping when i do the bags ill have enough lift that if i do decide to body drop ill have enough lift

but i do have another question might sound stupid but i wanna make sure
the link tabs that go on the axle do i mount them under the axle like normal or do they go straight on??
