Dont forget the explorer rearend is wider so if you plan to bag be prepared to flair the fenders.

yeah and even being lowered u are prob going to be stickin g out the fenders with the offset wheels u have not so u might just want to go with a kit

Im most llikely not going to be using my wheels when i get bagged, unless I can. But eventually I will be going to 22's with a custom offset...

ive seen/heard people w/ gen IIIs runnin explorer axles w/ bags.... they are like 1.5 wider on each side than a gen I/II.if ur lookin for better brakes for the rear, y not upgrade to a 10 in drum? ford sells the backing plates(7.5 rear end, 10 in drum) and u can buy all the hardware to make it work.
