How hard would it be to swap out the back drums to a disc setup??
layingframe89   +1y
well this place makes them for ur truck so it would alot easier than trying to piece one together

get an explorer axle with them
and it will also drop the back like 4-5 in

That's a pretty cool kit though.

get the explorer rear end w/ 3.73 gears, l/s and the discs... thats part of my rear bagging plans is the rear end swap!

Yeah that kit looks awesome! Why would a explorer axle drop my truck 4-5 inches?? r u just pullin my chain? Thanks alot though layinframe.

Or summitracing's got a kit for $719.00 direct bolt on if you got the cash

explorer leaf perches are under the axle while rangers are on top, so that is the same as a flip kit

as most junkyard explorer axles are about 150 + replacement pads/rotors 50

so compare 200 to a 700-800 kit

also you upgrade your stock 7.5 axle to an 8.8 with a 31spline (beefier then a stock ranger 8.8 28spline)

Sounds like a better deal to me...I have slotted rotors up front I just wanted something in the back too, plus the extra stopping power.
