Lexan scratches easily, unless it has mar-guard coating on it - but it's very expensive to get added from the manufacturer. Also, while this isn't normally a concern with cars because of turn-around, lexan will yellow from UV rays over time. However, the time it takes for that is like 5-10 years (that's what is normally warranted). Some can be for 15.

my boy is gonna buy the new one im gonna call glass masters today and get it done with in the next two days cant decide it i want to go straight glass or the slider again. thanks for all the props and suggestions and i will be more "earth friendly" soon enuf
