Weber Carb Install

That will still not allow you to use the stock cable.The stock cable is too short.That is just a bracket kit that already comes with the carb.

actually my stock throttle cable is long enough. i have my throttle towards the firewall.. unlike the carb in the pics in this thread which is faced towards the radiator. my throttle cable is long enough... i just have to get the adapter linkage as well as the cable bracket
i'll post pics when it is complete and how to actually do it.

yeah a 32/36 weber you can use your stock cable ,on a 34 /34 weber throttle cam faces radiator so like h20melon said ,you can use a toyota on it but since he has a 32/36 he should be fine with stock cable

They have them in several finishes. They are just a universal throttle cable.


All22s, if you have the 32/36 you use your stock cable. It sounds like you have it figured out though.

i have a 34 dgav..... but how its installed my cable is long enough... i just have to order the bracket for the cable and the throttle linkage. my throttle linkage is facing the firewall... not the radiator who knows... once i get the linkage kit i'll see what happens

Does that cool air filter come with the carb??

when you say stock linkage you mean off the origonal carr? the stuff on the weber is kinda fucked up how it works

I finally picked up a weber 32/36. Where should I buy the adapter kt. I looked on webers site and the kits only go to 1991 but my truck is a 1993. Are they the same?
