Also you should have zero problems laying out with stock control arms. I have 20's on one of my trucks with a decent tire and still lay out no probs.

In order to center the upper mount using the old shock tower as your center mark, the lower mount will have to hang off the lower control arm-towards the back. In all the right ups and pictures I've seen, there are none that show the upper plate is placed in the center with the shock mount. They are all about 2 to 3 inches to the front of the truck.

Its kind of an if it works then it works type deal. If everything functions properly, then its right. Simple as that.
