need some creative ideas

So what's the plan? My suggestion would be to do a triangulated 4 link, put a fuel cell in the bed and make a cover for it if you want. Have any pics of the damage?

ya thats what im ganna do ...im ganna use the stock tank and make a 1x1 mounting set up for it ..then inclose it in sheet metal and get the sheet metal bedlined to match the bed ...the fill neck will be behind the tail gate with a fill pannel back there too so itll look built in nice and clean ....so just pull up drop the tail gate down and ill up .... no more showing off poppiin my bed up to get gas anymore oh well ...i think this will work out good ...ill build a new beefy crossmember for the upper bars ..and while im at it ..get my header coated and build a whole new exhaust ....
