Gas Guzzler or Gas saver?

I get 20 hwy, but I still run the Mazda rear for now.
I'm hoping for 27 or better when I go with my 3:23 Chevy rear.

thats not so bad scl, thats still better than the trucks that most v8s live in lol

well i decided to put a built 350 in it with turbo 350 transmission. gonna get at least 350 hp.

Here is the truck that is 2" body dropped that im putting the 350 in.

The mileage I stated above was not done with a 3 speed TH350!
I have a 700R4. I also have an EFI engine, not carbureted.
I highly recommend a 700R4 over the TH350!

what is the 5 spd tranny for a 350?

i want a manual tranny what kind should i get? i might get a 5 sp

Didn't the S-10 with the 4.3l V6 come with a 5-speed also? If so, you should be able to use it, as it has the same bell housing bolt pattern as the Chevy V8.......I'm pretty sure. Otherwise, you could go aftermarket like a Tremec........like the T5.......here's a link to their site and the T5 page.

t5, nv3500, nv4500 (although a heavy truck trans with superlow 1st), and there are countless aftermarket options.

I'm just gonna run the turbo 350 tranny! be done with it
