A buddy of mine is selling me the 2.6 out of his dodge d5o, it looks the same but is it? are there any big differences i should kno about? Also will everything bolt up the same. I think so being they are both carbuerated 2.6's made by mitsubishi.

Its the same motor. Mazda used the mitsu 2.6 in the 87-88 4x4 trucks.

ok thanks the my truck is a 4by 5 spd. the d50 is also a 4by 5spd. i figured it was the same.
