Passenger side door will not open

I've tried tugging on lock and jiggling the handle at the same time but I think it has become disconnected inside the door not feeling any tension on inside handle or outside. Anybody have any ideas on how I can remove panel with the door closed? Or how to open it so I can remove panel?

I wasn't sure if I should post this on interior or exterior and the only post I found similar the guy could open his door sometimes. Mine not so much

I just got the truck this past week and it was like that when I got it.

This has a good write up once I get the door open but I'm not sure which lever to pull while its closed.

I tried removing inside door handle but the lock mechanism is engaged so its not working...
