Is there more than one length of bed on the the pre 84 trucks? I don't think I can recall really ever seeing anything different, but in my internet travels I have seen beds listed as long and short.

yup they had long beds and short beds

Any idea what the lengths were of the 2. I must have long beds, they are just over 7 ft, if I remember right.

long bed has an extra hook on top I think it four per side.I can messure the defrence in the two when I am at my shop next if you need
