LED Turn Signals

Has anyone on here converted to led blinkers? I put leds in my front blinkers because I already had the bulbs and they are doing the typical led hyper blink. Anyone have a good way around this with our trucks?

They make a special resistor and they also make a special flasher that stop that. I am about to convert to all led bulbs so I have had to order the resistors as well.
