how to remove rear panels?

if i remember correctly there is also screws 2 Phillips i think in the panels under the window where they over lap each other

got the panels off only to see that I have to trim the piece to fit the new 6.5s. more work. lol

the stock speakers were ripped though. can't wait to hear the new sound once installed

you can also build a hard broad piece to put the speaker in
