I have mine relocated, still gots teh a/c.
I didn't do anything to the vent, maybe its crushed lol.
It sits in pretty flush

Please don't relocate it to the dash.I have never seen one that looked good.Everyone I have seen looked like poo.Build a nice console instead.Just my 2 cents.

ive done decided that iam not gunna relocate it now...
theres too much gap on the sides.. and it looks like crap..
so iam gunna put it back where it belongs..
