i have that trim piece plus an untouched oem pocket below it. all i personally did was trim the oem pocket to fit the deck snug and didn't buy the extra trim piece. my wiring harness was already chopped up also so i soldered my wires to the wiring harness that someone else had put in, and it worked great luckily, so i think i even have a wiring harness lying around for an '89 b2200
$10 + shipping and they are both yours (from canada) since the wiring harness cost me more than that alone (although it looks like your oem harness was hacked up too, but maybe it's just tucked in behind in the picture?)

that looks identical to my old headunit pioneer/premier 6800mp/680mp
thats also the same way i did mine in all of my trucks, except for the 90 std cab, i removed the pocket in the dash and mounted my flip out dvd player there and left my headunit in the lower as my premier dvd player is a slave unit with no speaker outputs.
