i have a 10" Pioneer Premier 400w sub. Have it in a sealed box and running off a Kenwood KAC6402 4 ch 400w amp. I played and played and played with the settings and never got a sound I liked. Maybe I'm just used to ported boxes.
i played with my settings and it pounds twice what it did before when i first put it in. it pounds so much better that im thinking of giving it a chance now cuz i actually like it. before i was disorting and wasn't hitting the lows but now i love it. surprising what settings can do
Word on the street is the RE Audio subs are pretty awesome...
Dev
Dev nailed this one too. I saw a little CRX at Forbidden Fantasy's show and had 4 RE 12's. It pounded so hard it was hard to breathe sitting in the passenger seat.
4 15" FI's with around 9000 watts just for reference. This truck has about 18000 watts now
yeah... re's are the shit for spl.. i know the rep for the southeast ... i'm thinking of talking to him and seeing what i can get accomplished as far as sponsorships go... re is part of usamps as well.... so they really get down.
Hmmm... like this?
Maybe pushing one of these 50 pound heavy mothers?
Here's a quick vid of a single 12 MA Audio running off a ED Nine.1, stock electrical cavalier. It was freezing cold so I made the video too fast and it turned out crappy.
Watch the lower part of the logo and you can get an idea of excursion... about 2 inches.
That video can take forever to load sometimes. Damn Putfile servers.
