judging by the posts,you drilled 3 holes.
I have 2000 civic seats in my roadster, but they don't line up at all. I moved them back about 6" and drilled 4 holes to bolt them in. If you do this use big fender washers to spread out the load. The nice thing is they sit lower this way.

86 nissan 300zx seats, had to drill one n put a longer bolt n some washers. got em for 30 bucks. they're leather n the driver side is fully power
here is my post on some 86 626 GT seats. I believe they are the same up to 89-92. Read my tech...i only had to drill two holes on the driver side to mount the mazda truck bucket tracks.
