IDK about Billet Specialties, but mine runs a Le Carra 9 bolt w/ BAD Billet wheel

Oh yeah, Le Carra PN F55B/ 15502. Will probably fit (most billet wheels are based on le Carras 9 hole adapters) call Le Carra @ 800 432 8170
