wood will saok up the primer and give you a hazy final finish..most of the time

that is why i said primer filler todd lol, and sanding resin would work but its a bitch!! and i have that many lol because my dad and i used to make a lot of speaker boxes, and when we saw a good deal we got it lol, and i dont wanna ship lol those are heavy

you could always skim coat it with body filler

lay down primer filler im telling you its what to use lol 2 layers sand it lightly 1 more layer and then paint
