i think if you were to hang it at a slant, I would slant it the other way, it would be a little more comfortable to rest your arm on with it like / other than \, but thats just my thoughts, I'm going to fiberglass mine then cover. Tweed looks real good and always matches a bunch opf styles.

I think the arm rest looks best straight. The angled look actually looks like you broke the arm rest and it is hanging on by one screw.

I like your door panals BagdB2200. Looks clean and simple.

Yea, I agree. But if you do angle em, I'd angle em the other way. That direction just looks uncomfortable to rest on and to grab when opening/closing the door.

I think (not real sure about this) that some early base GLC Mazdas had strap type door handles.If you want a really different look and you could find 2 of those in a base color, that would look really cool if they would fit in the same holes.BJ
