subwoofer ques?

theres not really a point for those rear speakers..

imo a reg cab would do fine with 2 10inch woofers an a component set.

LOL ya true but I crammed 3 12W6's behind the seat in my regular cab and drove it that way for 2-3 summers.

yah, but with that box, it blocks the factory speaker holes....

only thing i would have done different is used 6.5's or 6.75's instead of 6x9's........

thats where a good component set comes in..

also.. the seats block those speakers.. so in imo, there worthless.

You really don't need any speakers placed behind you at all. if you get agood component set or co-axials in your kick panel or lower door panel - that is all you need. At one time I had 4-4" mids, 4-5" mids, and 4 tweets in my regular cab. lots of speakers lots of wiring and lots of power - but didn't have great sound quality at all. A good pair of kick panels sounded MUCH nicer.
